"I was kind of expecting this..."
I was kind of expecting this Pluto pillow to flatten out after a couple weeks like every other pillow I’ve had, but so far it hasn’t. It still feels supportive in the morning and doesn’t turn into a sad pancake overnight. I do fluff it here and there, but not nearly as much as I thought I would. I’ll admit it, I’m happy with it so far.

I ordered from Pluto Pillow after my sister mentioned she’d had a good experience with them, the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I got the tracking info soon after placing the order, which I always appreciate.
The package actually showed up a little earlier than the estimated date, so that was a nice surprise. The box wasn’t perfect, but it was in decent shape and nothing inside was damaged.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I would’ve liked a few more updates from the carrier along the way, but overall the shipping speed was solid and I didn’t have any real issues

"Packed well, but the wait was annoying"
The pillow showed up in good shape, and the box wasn’t damaged or anything. Everything inside looked clean and properly sealed, so no issues there. I was a little frustrated with how long I had to wait for it, though. The packaging was also kind of plain, so I’m taking off a star, but overall it was fine.

The questionnaire did seem to understand how I sleep and the pillow recommendation was close. I guess I was just a little disappointed because I expected it to feel more personalized or be a perfect match. It’s not bad, just not as impressive as I hoped.

My back feels a lot better now. It did take me a few nights to get used to it, but after that i could really notice the difference.

"I’ve had my Pluto Pillow for about 8..."
I’ve had my Pluto Pillow for about 8 months now, and it’s still in really good shape. I was mostly worried it would get lumpy or start flattening out, but so far it just hasn’t had any weird lumps or flat spots.

I’ve washed the cover a few times too, and it didn’t fall apart or shrink much, which was nice. I’m giving it 4 stars just because it was a little pricey, but the durability has been solid so far.

"Waking Up Without Neck Pain, Somehow"
I’m a little confused by how much this helped. I just wanted a pillow that didn’t make my neck feel awful in the morning, and somehow this one actually keeps my spine straight and I’ve been sleeping way better. Not sure what kind of magic is going on, but I’m not complaining.

"Fine for Side Sleeping, No Thanks to the Adjustment Period"
I mostly sleep on my side, and this pillow does fit well, but it annoyed me that it took a couple nights to get used to. I was blaming the pillow at first because it felt weird and threw off my sleep. Now it’s comfortable enough, but I shouldn’t have had to deal with that adjustment hassle...

Had a question about my order. Nothing huge, just needed it cleared up. Customer service got back to me fast, which I appreciated. They were nice about it too. No runaround, no making it feel like a whole ordeal. It did take one extra email to fully sort everything out, but not a big deal. Overall, good experience.

"Actually stays cool, but the info could’ve been clearer"
I was pleasantly surprised that this actually stays cool at night. It breathes really well and feels comfy to sleep on. My only annoyance is that the details weren’t super clear upfront, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect before ordering

"Nooo weird smell when it arrived"
I was a little worried this pillow was gonna have that strong new foam smell when I opened the box, but it really didn’t. There was just a tiny new-pillow kind of scent, and it faded sooo fast.
I let it air out for a bit before using it, then slept on it that same night with no issues. No headache, no weird smell hanging around the room, nothing like that. I’m happy with it so far.

It is definitely firm enough for me. It took me about two nights to get used to it, but after that it felt comfortable. Just a bit firmer than I expected.

"Soft, sturdy, and holding up well"
I’ve been using this pillow for a few weeks now, i’m happy with it. The material feels really nice — soft, but not that flimsy cheap kind, if that makes sense. The cover also still looks brand new, which is always a good sign because some things start looking tired way too quickly. Overall, it feels well made and the quality has been solid so far.

"I was a little cautious at first..."
I was a little cautious at first because I’m protective of my neck and didn’t want to end up with a stiff morning. The pillow has a good loft though, definitely not as flat as my old one. The first night it felt a bit higher than I was used to, but by the next night it was much more comfortable. I do wish it were just a tiny bit softer, but overall I’m happy with it

"Didn't really help my allergies"
I got this hoping it would help with my dust allergy, but i still woke up stuffy most mornings. The pillow itself feels okay, but the cover seems to grab lint and pet hair really fast, which was kind of frustrating. It might be totally fine for someone else, but for me it just wasn’t very allergy-friendly

"Finally got some neck relief"
I’ve been through enough pillows and “helpful” recommendations to be over the whole thing, but this one actually made a difference. My neck feels much more supported now, and I’m not waking up with that weird stiffness anymore

"Really soft cover"
First thing I noticed. The cover is just soft. Like, softer and cozier than my old pillowcase for sure. I put my head down and was like, yep, this feels nice. Been sleeping on it since and I actually really like it.
